SKP是我公司專門針對深井、超深井、鉆遇大段鹽膏層等復(fù)雜井所研制出的一種新型抗高溫、抗鹽、抗鈣強(qiáng)降濾失劑。該產(chǎn)品是由由苯酚、甲醛、磺化劑等各種原料在一定的條件下經(jīng)多次聚合和磺化而成，為粉末狀陰離子水溶性聚電解質(zhì)。該劑降低高溫高壓濾失量效果好，抗高溫達(dá)180℃以上，抗鹽至飽和，能有效改善泥餅質(zhì)量，降低泥餅?zāi)ゲ料禂?shù)，對于鞏固井壁，防塌、防卡具有重要作用。建議加量1-3%,適合應(yīng)用于各種鉆井液。

一、產(chǎn)品特性

1、 抗溫效果好,抗溫可達(dá)180℃，在該溫度下具有較強(qiáng)的穩(wěn)定性，且不易降解。

2、 抗鹽、抗鈣鎂能力強(qiáng)，抗鹽可達(dá)飽和，抗鈣可達(dá)3000ppm，抗鎂可達(dá)2000ppm。

3、 加量小，降濾失效果好，對鉆井液其它性能影響小，能有效降低成本，特別適合用于鉆大段高壓鹽膏層所使用的高密度鉆井液體系中。

4、 配伍性好，能與各種處理劑配合，適用于各種水基鉆井液體系，且現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用工藝簡單，維護(hù)處理方便。

本產(chǎn)品以塑料內(nèi)袋包裝后，紙塑三合一袋為外包裝，每袋凈重25（＋0.5）kg。

產(chǎn)品在儲存過程中應(yīng)注意避免日光曝曬，要防潮、防淋、防止包裝袋破損。

本品不易燃、沒毒，按非危險品運輸管理。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

Product Details

SKP is a new type of high temperature resistant, salt resistant and calcium resistant fluid loss reducer specially developed by our company for deep wells, ultra deep wells, drilling large salt gypsum layers and other complex wells. The product is made of phenol, formaldehyde, sulfonating agent and other raw materials by multiple polymerization and sulfonation under certain conditions. It is a powdered anionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte. It can effectively improve the quality of mud cake, reduce the friction coefficient of mud cake, and play an important role in consolidating wellbore, preventing collapse and sticking. The recommended dosage is 1-3%, which is suitable for various drilling fluids.

1. The temperature resistance is up to 180 ℃. It has strong stability at this temperature and is not easy to degrade.

2. Salt resistance, calcium and magnesium resistance are strong, salt resistance can reach saturation, calcium resistance can reach 3000ppm, magnesium resistance can reach 2000ppm.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in plastic inner bag and paper plastic three in one bag, with a net weight of 25 (+ 0.5) kg per bag.

In the process of storage, the products should be protected from sunlight, moisture, rain and package damage.

This product is non flammable, non-toxic, according to non dangerous goods transportation management.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
