為了滿足鉆井的需要，我公司研制開發(fā)了鉆井液用硅氟抗高溫降粘劑SF-200P干粉。該產(chǎn)品是一種黑色流動(dòng)固體粉末，具有較強(qiáng)的稀釋、降粘能力、護(hù)壁防塌功能、抗高溫能力強(qiáng)，對(duì)鉆井液體系有降粘切、潤(rùn)滑、消泡等作用。并可消除鉆井過(guò)程中鉆井液浸入地層引起的泥頁(yè)巖水化膨脹，提高井壁的穩(wěn)定性，泥漿處理后維護(hù)期長(zhǎng)。本品是一種沒(méi)毒、無(wú)污染的綠色環(huán)保型新產(chǎn)品。

本產(chǎn)品主要用于油氣開采、物理探礦和科學(xué)考察等鉆井過(guò)程所需的鉆井液中，以降低體系粘度，提高泥餅質(zhì)量，降低體系的濾失水量，起到改善流變性和穩(wěn)定井壁的作用 。

適用于淡水鉆井液、鹽水鉆井液、高鈣鉆井液和高固相鉆井液等。

根據(jù)鉆井液使用的需要，將本品添加后，泵送均勻即可投入使用，也可配成溶液加入。

三、包裝、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸

本產(chǎn)品以塑料內(nèi)袋包裝后，紙塑三合一袋為外包裝，每袋凈重25（±0.5）kg。

產(chǎn)品在儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意防破損、防鼠咬、防漏和防潮。

本品不易燃、沒(méi)毒，按非危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸管理。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

本品保質(zhì)期兩年。

Application Scope and Method

This product is mainly used in drilling fluid for oil and gas exploitation, physical exploration and scientific investigation, so as to reduce the viscosity of the system, improve the quality of mud cake, reduce the water loss of the system, improve the rheology and stabilize the wellbore.

It is suitable for fresh water drilling fluid, brine drilling fluid, high calcium drilling fluid and high solid drilling fluid.

According to the needs of drilling fluid, the product can be put into use after it is added and pumped evenly, or it can be added as a solution.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

The product is packed in plastic inner bag, paper plastic three in one bag as outer package, with net weight of 25 (± 0.5) kg per bag.

The product should be protected from damage, rat bite, leakage and moisture during storage.

This product is non flammable, non-toxic, according to non dangerous goods transportation management.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.

The shelf life of this product is two years.
